What is it that excites you about a school?

Our web site is informative, gives you a flavor for The Rumson Country Day School, and lets you know what we value in a preeminent elementary school education. However, the true essence of RCDS is being on our campus because it is an exciting place. It has a vibe that is palpable.

Our students are taught to be creative problem solvers; they are responsible and respectful; they develop skills that will allow them to succeed wherever their future paths may lead.

At RCDS we take our job seriously: to educate your child. This is expertly accomplished by an inspirational, dedicated, and passionate faculty; and all of this accompanied with a sense of fun. After all, we are working with children who love to learn and be challenged, in a community of adults who love their craft. As the new head of school this excites me!
